| All attendees at the Workshop must register. Advance registration for the Workshop is desirable. A schedule for registration is given below. The registration fee entitles those registered to attend all sessions of the Workshop as well as the evening icebreaker reception on Monday, October 21, 2002 and the Workshop banquet on Wednesday, October 23, 2002. The advance registration fee is payable only by check to "George Mason University". On-site registration at the Workshop will be payable by check or cash. | |
