Function:

This module contains the T_budget Type

Included are the type and the operators that can be used on it. Note that the T_budget type is a simple array of values, and that real budgets for the model are built out of Types which contain T_budget elements. The primary function of this module is to provide the functions to add, multiply, and divide T_budget data.
