The Seasonal to Interannual Earth Science Information
Partnership
is a distributed data access and analysis project funded by NASA's Earth
Science Enterprise. SIESIP is designed to provide data, products, and
services
to the seasonal to interannual climate and related science research
communities.
COLA's contributions to SIESIP include:

Overall guidance for the selection and support of data sets that are relevant to the study of seasonal to interannual climate variability and predictability

The design and development of the GDS software, which integrates the GrADS software for analysis and display with the DODS software for data subsetting and transport protocol

The implementation and support of several GDS sites, which serve research data sets and real-time weather analyses and forecasts:
